In the unlikely event that your purchase is not what you expected, we will refund the cost of the product less the delivery costs (the initial delivery and return costs) if you contact us within 7 days of the order placement. The product must be in an 'as new' condition in order for us to refund the item cost.

Damaged Goods
We can only refund for damaged goods if we are informed by the person whom placed the order at the time of receipt. If you sign for the package once delivered, it is assumed that you have signed and accepted the product to be in an acceptable condition.
